Shared Leadership Model
Wild Embodiment is a collective. We share leadership and the responsibility to care for the community and continuation of our shared dance practice. Each person that holds a role is supported by others. When anyone needs help, other people are there to step in. The flower of life symbolizes the structure of support, so that no one person needs to hold it all.
How W.E. Makes Decisions
Ours is a non-hierarchical community where every voice counts. All are welcome at our community meetings where we strive through authentic, respectful, spirited conversation to come to consensus on W.E.-related topics. In the rare case where consensus can not be achieved we table a conversation until another time. With a time sensitive issue, we vote on key decisions.
Meeting Agendas
Our meetings are open to anyone who considers themself a part of our community. All meetings are on Zoom unless otherwise stated. Make sure that you are subscribed to the newsletter to get updates on dates and times of our meetings.
